Xgraph on Mac OSX
2002/5/7 update
I like XGraph for previewing the numerical results, but unfortunatelly xgraph is not
officially supported anymore.
This is a report that I could succeed to install xgraph on my OSX environment.
I am using
Xtools (by Tenon)
for xwindow environment, which was installed in
/usr/X11R6/
so that I have to change Makefile of xgraph accordingly.
(... If I had imake, I did not need to modify Makefile manually.)
-
XGraph from jean-luc.ncsa.uiuc.edu
This might be the official web page of xgraph.
Actually, I used their
Source Code Tar File.
The modified Makefile by myself for above Xtools environment can be found
here, or the binary file is available
here.
- XGraph from
http://www.goice.co.jp/member/mo/hack-progs/
I found a Japanese page who has a bug-fixed version of xgraph based on
xgraph-11.3.2.
He says he found a serious bug in the original file which makes double rendering lines.
His hacked version is available from
here.
This version does not have an animation nor delivative operations but seems to work
smoothly.
The modified Makefile by myself for above Xtools environment can be found
here, or the binary file is available
here.
