OIT Department of Robotics students went to National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), one of our partner institutions in Taiwan, to participate in Overseas Lab-work Internship from August 8 to 30.
Ten students were assigned to five labs to conduct their research activities of which topics given by their supervising professors, such as “simulation of the cooperative conveyance of a ball wheel module using MATLB Simulink” and “performing structure analyses of the design using Computer-Aided Engineering”. After this three-week research, OIT students reported the results of their works in English at the final presentation session.
The OIT students were satisfied with a sense of accomplishment through this program. Spurred by the collaborating experience with the overseas students, they are motivated to work harder in their studies.
