7月11日（月）に西宮今津高等学校2年生の学生14名と引率の教員1名が大阪工業 大学に来校されました．本学科ではスマートラボにてレーザー情報研究室の神村共住先生と情報フォトニ クス研究室の安國良平先生からレーザーやフォトニクスに関する技術を紹介した 後、レーザー情報研究室の実験装置の見学をしていただきました．15分という限られた時間でしたが，高校の授業とは異なる学問の話を聞いたり，実験室を見たりして，熱心にメモを取っている学生の姿が印象的でした．
